Operational functions require different infrastructure, insurance, and day-to-day involvement. Separating the admin layer means we deliver it at a quality and cost that bundled management cannot match. The model only works if the scope is clean and both sides know exactly where the line sits.
Emergency response is outside our scope and we are transparent about that from the start. This service is designed for blocks that already have operational arrangements in place - a trusted contractor, a resident director who handles reactive issues, or similar. If your block does not have that, we are not the right fit and we will tell you before you sign anything.
